Fresh Blueberry Waffles

Toast any variety of frozen waffle.  (I prefer Eggo Low Fat waffles.)  Spread the toast with butter (or butter substitute) and decorate with fresh blueberries.  You may wish to substitute honey or maple syrup for the butter and use your favorite fresh berries.

Fruity Oatmeal Cereal

Place one packet of plain instant oatmeal in a microwave-safe bowl. Add 1/2 cup whole milk and one or two of the following: sliced banana, 1/4 raisins, peeled apricot or peach, or cinnamon.  Microwave for approximately 1-1/2 minutes.
